We present our draft beer dispensing system designed for both domestic use and venues with beer consumption of less than 1 keg per day. Thanks to storage in a cool, dark environment, the shelf life of an open keg increases significantly. The system is designed for use with 50 or 30-liter kegs, as well as two "slim" 20-liter kegs. The system's efficiency is demonstrated in cooling one keg while the other is in use. 50 and 30-liter kegs require pre-cooling or must be kept in the system for at least 24 hours before use.
