Savese S.r.l. a leading company in the beer dispensing systems, beer towers, and refrigerators for both professional and private use with the same quality, was a sponsor of the last edition of the'Arrogant Sour Festival, which took place from May 28th to May 30th, 2022 at the'Villa Canali Agricultural Company in Reggio Emilia, a multifunctional company and educational farm.

All productions of the company based inRivalta di Torino are completely Made in Italy and produced entirely in the production plant, to ensure maximum production quality and the use of recycled raw materials from national circuits with particular attention to eco-sustainability..

TheArrogant Sour Festival has its roots in the 90s when Alessandro Bellifounder of the Festival, had his first encounter with sour craft beers, one of the oldest types of beer: """It was the thing that excited me the most over the years because we came from Lambrusco lands, my grandfather bottled at home, and there was always a note of wine and cellar fermentation. When I went to Cantillon, I entered with my eyes closed out of reverence for a legendary producer and immediately recognized the same aromatic notes that I felt in my grandfather's cellar that bottled Lambrusco... I come from the only region that has traditionally made red fermented wines, and this is no small thing... From that moment on, Alessandro began to travel and study, gradually discovering the various types of beers and the various styles with which they are produced.

In 2013, at the Locanda Sant’Ambrogio, with 40 different sour beers and 500 participants from all over Italy,took place, the first edition of the Arrogant Sour Festival which still pursues the goal of making Sour Beer Ales known today..
